Planning ahead

Most days look like other days. The app is built so you say what a day looks like once, and then only confirm it.

Tomorrow, tonight

Swipe to a day that has not arrived yet and lay it out there. It adds up in its own rings, so you can see what the day comes to before it starts. Change your mind and a row is one tap to adjust and one more to take off.

Copy a day that worked

From any day, fill it from yesterday or the same day last week, or send it forward: to tomorrow, to the next seven days, or to every weekday for the next four weeks. A week you liked can be repeated week by week.
  • Days that already have food are skipped unless you say to replace them.
  • Nothing recurs on its own. Every copy is one you asked for, so there is never a schedule to cancel.
  • Copies take fresh numbers, so an old day copied forward reflects today's food data.

Cook a pot, log a plate

Add the ingredients to a recipe by weight as they go in. When it is done, weigh the pot, because water leaves in cooking and the numbers per 100 g change. From then on, a plate is whatever the scale says, or one serving if you set how many there are.
Editing a recipe later changes the days ahead, not the ones you already logged. What you ate stays what you ate.
